Shipping & Returns


Items can either be shipped via one of our shipping options, or alternatively they can be picked up in the Blades Office, Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Please be aware that it may take anywhere from 2-5 business days for your items to be gathered and ready. If you are having your items shipped, once they are prepared they are entered into the system for shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment regardless of shipping option. Please see shipping guidelines below.

When shipping items within Canada, you have three methods of shipping to choose from:

1. Canada Post Expedited Parcel - Cost effective and timely, typically received within 3-5 business days

2. Purolator Ground - Slightly more expensive, typically received within 4-6 business days.

3. Purolator Express. - Our most expensive option, typically received within 1-2 business days.

When shipping to the United States, Purolator is the only option.

1. Purolator Ground - typically received wthin 5-7 business days.

2. Purolator Express - typically received within 1-2 business days.

**Shipping times vary depending on proximity from shipping location**



​Returns & Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after purchase, either in store or through mail. Product must be unused, unworn, and tags still attached (if applicable).
